Description: Construct 43 residential sections on a greenfield site in Hokitika. Site works included clearance of the site, bulk earthworks, construction and formation of roads and residential sections, installation of utility services (power, telecommunications, sewer, stormwater and water) and the construction of kerb and channel, footpaths, road pavements and surfacing.
