Description: The work involves raising and upgrading an existing stopbank on a horseshoe loop on Coutts Island between the two access roads and associated works which include removal and disposal of trees off site, stripping and stockpiling of topsoil, supply and placement of approx. 14,000m3 of river run gravels, culvert extensions, farm accessways, fencing, topsoiling and regrassing.
