Construct 43 residential sections on a greenfield site in Hokitika. Site works included clearance of the site, bulk earthworks, construction and formation of roads and residential sections, installation of utility services (power, telecommunications, sewer, stormwater and water) and the construction of kerb and channel, footpaths, road pavements and surfacing.
This contract was successfully completed in accordance with the agreed-upon tendered rates, ensuring full alignment with the project’s financial and scope specifications. Additionally, all work was executed to the highest standards of quality, with careful attention to detail and craftsmanship throughout every phase of the project.
